Our client is a leading construction company operating across the South West and South Wales and nationally for strategic customers. They are specialist constructors in Retail, Distribution, Education, Local General Contracting and Social Housing employing in the region of 400 staff.

The Role

Within the group they have a General Contracts Division, which has performed consistently well in recent years. The team has been very successful in the local, South West Bristol, market for projects up to £3m and the current team has been able to achieve consistency in delivery that has established a reputation in Bristol and the surrounding area.

They have an immediate need for an experienced South West based construction Site Manager to take control of the delivery of Leisure Centre New Build & Refurbishment Projects as the No.1 on site responsible for a project value in the £2m to £3m bracket

The Person

* It is essential you have a proven track record as a Site Manager with a reputable main contractor and can demonstrate the ability to delivery projects as a number one, on site, with minimal day to day supervision.
* Experience on New Build projects in the £2m to £3m bracket is also essential.
* It is also preferable that you have experience in the delivery of Leisure Centre related Build and Refurbishment Projects.
* A proven track record in employer loyalty is also essential which shows evidence of being retained as a Site Manager from contract to contract.
